Founded in 2003, K&D Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Inc. has the demonstrated experience to deliver exceptional service to its clients and the communities they serve.
K&D Cleaning and Maintenance Services is a family-owned company. We began with four employees and one customer… and then grew to more than 50 employees and more than 40 customers. This adventure grew until years later, when in June 2009 we established a new company, K&D Service Group.
The purpose of our new company was to meet a defined need of our clients – to provide a single source for all services they may require. Today, all services are integrated under one management entity: from commercial and residential cleaning and maintenance, to comprehensive outdoors and indoors property improvements such as floor and carpet care, lighting, wall and ceiling repairs, plumbing, air conditioning, window treatments, hurricane protection, and other maintenance needs. We understand that your time is extremely valuable and for that reason, K&D Service Group saves you time and effort by giving you the ability to contract with only one service company for all your needs.
